Napoli move to 4-3-3 with Scott McTominay supporting Romelu Lukaku against Eljif Elmas and Cesare Casadei’s Torino with the chance to go three points clear of Inter.

It kicks off at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona at 19.45 UK time (18.45 GMT, 20.45 CET).

Napoli caught Inter at the top of the table last week and can surge three points clear today, as the Nerazzurri already lost 1-0 to Roma earlier this afternoon.

Antonio Conte is forced into changes, because David Neres and Juan Jesus are injured.

Giacomo Raspadori had been expected to start, but he has flu symptoms, while Alessandro Buongiorno has been passed fit to start against his old club.

It would seem to be a 4-3-3 formation, the kind used when Neres was injured before the latest relapse.

Torino are coming off a 2-0 win over Udinese and lost only two of their last 16 games, including a win over Milan, draws with Juventus, Fiorentina, Atalanta and Lazio.

Gvidas Gineitis is suspended, with a lengthy injury list including Valentino Lazaro, Borna Sosa, Ivan Ilic, Alieu Njie, Duvan Zapata and Perr Schuurs.

The good news is the return of Samuele Ricci, Nikola Vlasic and Saul Coco.

Che Adams hopes to win the battle of the Scots with Scott McTominay and Billy Gilmour, but it is an emotional return to Naples for Elmas.
