Joaquin Correa, Marko Arnautovic, and Mehdi Taremi are all vying to start in attack for Inter Milan against Udinese this weekend.
This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, via FCInterNews. They report that Marcus Thuram is certain to start Sunday’s Serie A clash in attack.
Inter Milan are just a few days away from returning from the international break.
The Nerazzurri will hos Udinese at the San Siro on Sunday evening.
And Inter coach Simone Inzaghi will have to decide on his attack for the match without captain Lautaro Martinez.
Martinez picked up a thigh strain during the break. Therefore, the 27-year-old will be on the sideline for at least a couple of matches.
Accordingly, Inzaghi will have to turn to the other strikers at his disposal.
One thing that looks certain, according to Sky, is that striker Marcus Thuram will lead the line for Inter on Sunday.
The Frenchman had been dealing with an ankle problem prior to the international break.

However, Thuram looks to have recovered from that nagging issue.
Therefore, Sky reports, Thuram will certainly be in the Inter starting eleven.
However, the identity of the former Borussia Monchengladbach striker’s partner in attack is less certain.
Sky confirm reports that former Lazio forward Joaquin Correa is the favourite to start.
Because the 30-year-old did not go away over the international break, he has had the opportunity to stay behind and work in training.
That has made Correa a strong candidate to start on Sunday.
However, both Marko Arnautovic and Mehdi Taremi are now also back in training. And according to Sky, both are also vying to lead the line along with Thuram on Sunday.
