Milan are expected to part company with Sergio Conceiçao in the summer, and a new sporting director will pick the Rossoneri’s coach for 2025-26 following disappointing results this term.
Conceiçao is not expected to remain in charge of Milan next season. The Portuguese has failed to turn things around at the Stadio Meazza since replacing Paulo Fonseca in December.
Conceiçao won the Supercoppa Italiana in January, but has lost five Serie A matches from 13 (six wins, two draws) and was eliminated from the Champions League playoffs by Feyenoord.

Milan currently sit 9th in the Serie A table, four points below a European placement.
The Portuguese is under contract until 2026, but the Rossoneri can terminate the agreement at the end of the season.
Sky Sport Italia and Calciomercato.com suggest this is precisely what the Rossoneri will do at the end of the current campaign, parting company with Conceiçao and hiring a new coach.
A new sporting director, chosen by Giorgio Furlani in the coming weeks, will name the Milan coach for 2025-26.
Conceiçao and Milan have one last chance to save a terrible campaign as they face city rivals Inter in the Coppa Italia semis, with the first leg played this coming Wednesday.
