Lucy Bronze, Millie Bright, Aggie Beever-Jones, Jess Park and Keira Walsh got the goals as the Lionesses made it seven points from their opening three tournament matches.
England started strongly and Lauren James went close with a free-kick before Alessia Russo rattled the post with a shot on the turn.
The Lionesses broke the deadlock in the 21st minute when Bronze got her head on a delivery into the box and the ball found the back of the net via a deflection off visiting defender Amber Tysiak.
Russo struck the post again after connecting with a Beth Mead cross. Mead then went close herself but was denied by Belgian keeper Nicky Evrard.
England eventually added to their lead in first half stoppage time. Bronze got her head on a corner kick and defensive teammate Bright bundled in from a couple of yards.
Belgium were unlucky not to pull a goal back just after the hour mark. Substitute Feli Delacauw took aim at goal but her effort went narrowly over the bar.
The visitors were made to rue that miss when Mead delivered a cross for Beever-Jones who was able to claim her first England goal.
Beever-Jones went close to a second moments later but fired wide before Walsh’s long range strike cannoned off the base of the post.
England made it 4-0 13 minutes from time when Park found herself through on goal. She kept her composure to beat Evrard with ease.
The Lionesses wrapped up an emphatic victory in the 89th minute when Walsh rifled the ball home for her first England goal.
England are next in action on Tuesday evening when they contest the reverse fixture in Leuven.
