Roma sporting director Florent Ghisolfi outlined his future in an interview with RMC Sport.
The French executive who moved from Nice to Roma last summer was asked about his ambitions in the Italian capital.

“I have been welcomed very well in Rome, even if sometimes the requests from fans are a bit crazy,” he said.
“If my work is not up to par, I will leave. Today many things are not seen, but I hope that they will soon bear fruit.”
“Ours is a medium-term job. I want to build a strong organization, that works even without me. If I manage to stay ten years at Roma, I will be the happiest man in the world.”
