Inter Milan loanee Francesco Pio Esposito needs to set his priorities with a busy summer ahead.

According to Tuttosport via FCInterNews, the 19-year-old may have to choose whether to play for Inter or Italy in the summer.

Francesco Pio Esposito is one step away from penning a new long-term contract at the San Siro.

Indeed, he is about to put pen to paper on a deal that will tie him to the Nerazzurri colors until 2030.

Meanwhile, Simone Inzaghi could include him in his squad for the FIFA Club World Cup.

Esposito isn’t the only Inter youngster who could be on Inzaghi’s list for the summer’s mini-tournament.

However, Esposito could represent Italy at the 2025 UEFA U-21 European Championship.

But they must first qualify for the tournament.

Therefore, Esposito may not have to choose after all.

Either way, he’ll likely be a part of Inzaghi’s squad next season.
