Real Madrid may not be in the best form right now, but the team’s determination to challenge Barcelona’s pursuit of a treble remains absolute.
In fact, according to a report by MARCA, the Madrid squad is far from giving up on their hopes of spoiling Barcelona’s plans, particularly with the Copa del Rey final approaching.
While their recent performances have not been on par, Los Blancos are focused on their goal of also securing the La Liga title.
Despite the recent setback of being eliminated from the Champions League, Real Madrid have shown resilience by bouncing back with back-to-back victories against Athletic Club and Getafe.
For what it is worth, these wins have given the team a much-needed boost, keeping them firmly in the hunt for the remaining objectives.

With only one matchday left before the highly anticipated La Liga Clasico, both teams face critical games that could determine the title race.
Real Madrid will host Celta Vigo, while Barcelona will travel to Valladolid. If both teams secure victories, the Clasico at Montjuïc will be a pivotal moment in the battle for the La Liga crown.
Looking ahead, it must be noted that Real Madrid have three home games left—Celta Vigo, Mallorca, and Real Sociedad—and two away games at Barcelona and Sevilla.
Meanwhile, Barcelona’s remaining fixtures include three away matches (Valladolid, Espanyol, and Athletic Club) and two home games (Real Madrid and Villarreal).
For now, Real Madrid’s strategy is clear: they intend to keep applying pressure on Barcelona, knowing that their rivals are involved in multiple competitions.
This added pressure could play a role in the final weeks of the season as both teams fight for supremacy in Spain. Interestingly, pressure will be even bigger on Barcelona if Real Madrid manage to win the Copa del Rey final.
