Amantino Mancini on the derby with Lazio: “You need a win.” | OneFootball

Former Roma attacker Amantino Mancini spoke ahead of the highly anticipated Derby della Capitale with Lazio.

In an interview with La Gazzetta dello Sport, Mancini said, “All you need is to win, even if this is always true in a derby. Roma cannot afford another draw, there is no more time.”

“Ranieri’s experience will be important, he knows this game well and has won all the derbies he’s played in his career. We will have to fight for every ball, there are no more calculations to do.”

“The draw with Juve slowed down the race for the Champions League a bit. Roma will have to play with Lazio as if it were a final. Dybala’s absence weighs, but I like the Shomurodov-Dovbyk pairing. Without Dybala there, I think it could be an interesting alternative up front.”
