Arrival by car:

  • For away fans travelling by car, there are unfortunately no parking facilities in the direct vicinity of the stadium. There are various Park & Ride options or parking spaces on the neighbouring trade fair grounds.

  1. Buses carrying away fans can park in the away bus parking lot in the immediate vicinity of the away entrance (E4). The parking fee is €20. 
  2. Entry is via Granadaallee. Please follow the signs for P1-P4.

Arrival by train:

  • Four special city railway lines run to the stadium on matchdays. The trains run directly to the "Europa-Park Stadion" stop.
  • In addition to the city railway, you can also get to the stadium by S-Bahn from the entire network. It is only three minutes from the main train station to the "FR Messe/Universität" stop near the stadium.
  • From the "Europa-Park Stadion" stop, the stadium can be reached by foot in about 10 minutes. The journey from the "FR Messe/Universität" stop takes just as long.
  • The match ticket entitles the holder to one free return journey to the stadium from three hours before kick-off until the end of operations, within the regular service of the Regio-Verkehrsverbund Freiburg (RVF) (second class).

Admission

  • The stadium opens at 13:30 CEST.
  • Away supporters use entrance E4. 

Permitted fan paraphernalia:

  • Small flags with a pole up to 2m in length and made of empty plastic tubing
  • Swivel flags with telescopic poles from a pole length of 2m
  • Drums (visible interior or open on one side) including 1 pair of drum sticks per drum
  • Megaphone (including 1 set of replacement batteries)
  • Double-holders with a pole up to 2m in length and made of empty plastic tubing
  • Fence flags Flags may be hung on the fence directly in front of the block, as well as in the upper tier above the standing area, provided space is available. The emergency exits must remain clear for the entire duration of the match.

Forbidden fan paraphernalia:

  • Pyrotechnics of any kind
  • Confetti, balloons, rollers

Permitted items:

  • Digital cameras (with a lens up to 100 mm)
  • Belt pouches and bags up to DIN A3 size
  • Tetrapacks up to 0.5 litres (non-alcoholic)

Further info on admissions:

  • There are only very limited opportunities to deposit bags and rucksacks at the away entrance. The fee is €2 and can only be paid in cash. It is therefore recommended that you leave your luggage on the bus or in your car or that you rent a locker at the train station.
  • Material inspections take place to the right of the entrance in a separate, visible area.
  • Blocks N6 and N7 (standing area) and blocks N5 and N15-N17 (seated area) will be available to BVB fans.
  • You can pay with both cash and debit card at the stadium.
  • Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be denied access and/or banned from entering if conspicuous and/or security-relevant behaviour is observed or if such a ban is necessary for their own protection.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all seated areas. Smoking is tolerated in the standing areas. Smoking is permitted in the stadium concourse and at the kiosks.
  • SC Freiburg has been providing the "Fuchsbau" protection concept against sexualised violence at the stadium since last season. You can find all the information here:

Info for a barrier-free stadium visit

  • Wheelchair users can park in the away bus parking lot following prior registration with the fan representatives.
  • It is possible to enter the stadium via all four stadium entrances.

Fan representatives Andreas Bauer (0151/19790853), Justus Wadepohl (0160/99032215) and Johannes Bagus (0151/67576467) will be available on game day, as will Florian Hansing and Dennis Nier from Fan-Projekt Dortmund e. V.
