Cesc Fabregas is fast-becoming one of the most talked-about coaching prospects in European football, following the Spaniard’s immense success with Como.
Apart from his coaching skills, Fabregas has raised eyebrows with his ability to scout players amd learn from different coaches.
Keeping that in mind, Fabregas recently spent time at Real Madrid’s training complex, Valdebebas, where he observed Carlo Ancelotti and his coaching staff at work, reports MARCA.

Beyond learning from Ancelotti, Fabregas’ visit has also sparked fresh transfer speculation.
It is no secret that Como are eyeing Jesus Fortea, the highly-rated young full-back from Real Madrid’s academy.
The Italian club successfully signed Nico Paz on loan last summer, and they now appear interested in striking a similar deal for Fortea.
Real Madrid values Como’s approach to youth development under Fabregas, recognizing that their young talents can benefit from regular playing time in a competitive environment.
Alongside Fortea, Como are reportedly tracking several other Spanish prospects, including Chema and Jacobo Ramon.
Therefore, it will be interesting to whether Fabregas’ visit to Valdebebas could help Como in building a stronger relationship with Real Madrid going forward.
