Everton are preparing for a significant summer transfer window under new ownership, and one of their key targets could be Tottenham winger Manor Solomon. As reported by TeamTalk, the Israeli international has been thriving on loan at Leeds United in the Championship, playing a major role in their promotion push.
The Toffees are keen to reinforce their attacking options, with several players expected to depart at the end of the season. Solomon, who has contributed seven goals and seven assists in 29 appearances, is now firmly on Everton’s radar as they look to add quality in wide areas.

With The Friedkin Group now in control, Everton are expected to invest in the squad, backing David Moyes as he shapes the team in his image. The club faces several key decisions, with up to eight players out of contract and multiple loanees—such as Jack Harrison and Jesper Lindstrom—whose futures remain uncertain.

Even if Everton decide to sign one of Harrison or Lindstrom on a permanent basis, reports suggest they are still looking for an additional winger, and Solomon is an attractive option.
Leeds United are eager to sign Solomon permanently, and their chances of doing so largely depend on whether they secure promotion to the Premier League. Manager Daniel Farke has identified the 25-year-old as a key player in their squad, and losing him would be a significant blow.
However, Everton could complicate matters by offering Solomon an immediate route to the Premier League. His preference is reportedly to remain in England’s top flight, which may work against Leeds if they fail to go up.
Despite suggestions that Tottenham could accept as little as £10m for Solomon, TeamTalk reports that the actual asking price is closer to £20m. Spurs are aware of the growing interest in the winger, with clubs in Italy and Turkey also monitoring his situation.
Leicester City are another club linked with Solomon, but with their Premier League status uncertain, convincing him to join may prove difficult. Having already spent a season in the Championship, Solomon appears determined to return to top-flight football.

For Everton, £20m represents a reasonable price for a player with proven quality, but they must weigh whether Solomon is the right fit for Moyes’ system and how he compares to other targets.
Manor Solomon is a tricky, dynamic winger with an eye for goal, he would bring much-needed attacking flair to a side that has often struggled to create chances.
His performances for Leeds this season have shown exactly why he deserves a Premier League return. Seven goals and seven assists in the Championship is a solid return, and his ability to play on either flank adds versatility to Everton’s attacking setup. With players like Harrison and Lindstrom facing uncertain futures, Solomon could be a strong alternative.
However, there are some concerns. While £20m isn’t an outrageous fee in today’s market, it is still a significant investment for a club that must be mindful of its financial position. Everton need to ensure they are getting the right profile of player, rather than simply signing someone because they are available.
Another factor is competition. Leeds will fight hard to keep Solomon if they are promoted, and Spurs will likely try to push for the highest bid. Everton need to move quickly if they want to secure his signature and ensure they don’t miss out on a player who could add real quality to their squad.
If Moyes sees Solomon as a key part of his plans, this is a deal worth pursuing. His pace, directness, and ability to make things happen in the final third could be exactly what Everton need to take the next step forward.
