Paulo Dybala’s exams confirmed a hamstring injury, which, according to Italian media, will force the Argentinean to the sidelines for at least one month.
The Argentinean striker remained on the pitch for just 12 minutes on Sunday during a 1-0 win over Cagliari.
He was already not fully fit so Claudio Ranieri introduced him as a substitute in the second half.

The Italian tactician was confident Dybala had not suffered a knee injury, but exams this morning revealed a hamstring lesion, which, according to Sky Sport Italia and Gazzetta, will force the striker out of action for at least one month.
This means Dybala will likely miss a key home game against Juventus on April 6.
The Argentinean was probably aware that the injury was not minor as he was seen struggling to fight back the tears on the Roma bench on Sunday.
Dybala has scored eight goals and provided four assists in 36 appearances across all competitions this season.
