Inter Milan coach Simone Inzaghi will have to do without defender Alessandro Bastoni tomorrow.

The Italian international is serving a one-match suspension for the return to Serie A action.

However, Inzaghi is able to rely on a very able backup for Bastoni.

Since his arrival at Inter Milan from Monza in 2023, Carlos Augusto has regularly played both at left-wingback and on the left of the back three.

And Nerazzurri coach Simone Inzaghi will once again rely upon the Brazilian international’s versatility.

The Corriere reports that Augusto will start in defense against Udinese tomorrow.

Meanwhile, the Corriere anticipate, in midfield it will be the usual first-choice trio. That means that all of Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Hakan Calhanoglu, and Nicolo Barella will start.

Then in attack, Joaquin Correa will get the nod. He will start alongside Marcus Thuram.
