“The best player I have ever played with? Frenkie de Jong,”  Fermin told Radioestadio Noche, leaving no doubt about the admiration he holds for his Barcelona teammate. However, he did admit that Andres Iniesta was his idol growing up.

At just 21 years old,  Fermin has already rubbed shoulders with some of football’s elite, yet De Jong stands out above the rest.
