Roma are working towards greater stability for the club’s long-term future.

The Giallorossi club has set in motion to strengthen the squad ahead of next year: while Paulo Dybala and Leandro Paredes have already renewed and Mile Svilar is close to signing, it is being evaluated who could leave and who will stay.

According to Il Corriere dello Sport, the team is certainly considering giving up someone especially in case of non-participation in the cups, but the important players will be retained.

Starting with Svilar, it is known that he wants to stay in the Capital and the company has made him an offer to reach at least 3.5 million euros of engagement (fixed part): the parties are close and there is confidence for the renewal.

Two other players who could become central in the project are defender Evan Ndicka and midfielder Manu Koné. The first earns 4 million, his contract does not need to be retouched and only an offer of at least 40-50 million for him could worry Roma.

Koné, on the other hand, has become one of the most important pawns on the Chapters’ chessboard and this season he has reached excellent levels: he ended up in the round of the French national team and some big Europeans have set their eyes on him but for now his future is tinged with yellow-red.
