Rome Mayor teases Roma’s new stadium: “Big news coming soon.”

The mayor of Rome, Roberto Gualtieri, shared an update on Roma’s new stadium project which is set to be presented in the next days.

On the sidelines of the Fondazione Roma Symposium “Anime de Roma”, the mayor of the capital talked about the topic of stadiums, focusing in particular on the new Roma facility planned in the Pietralata area.

“Roma told us that in a few days there will be important news on the Pietralata stadium project,” said Gualtieri.

“We are waiting, confident, but also a little anxious. We know that the work has gone very far: it is time to present the final project, in parallel with the archaeological surveys and other steps.”

“Something big could happen very soon,” he added.
