Real Madrid left the Emirates Stadium shaken after a heavy 3-0 loss to Arsenal in a crucial UEFA Champions League tie.
But according to Fichajes, beyond the result, what has truly alarmed the club’s hierarchy is the poor form of two players once seen as vital to Carlo Ancelotti’s plans – Rodrygo Goes and Eduardo Camavinga.
Both players started in London, but their performances were far from convincing.
Rodrygo, who still enjoys Ancelotti’s full backing despite an inconsistent season, once again looked flat.

Ancelotti continues to use a 4-2-3-1 formation to accommodate the Brazilian in the starting XI, but both his stats and overall impact are raising serious doubts at Real Madrid.
Camavinga, stepping into the line-up due to Aurelien Tchouameni’s suspension, also failed to seize the moment. He appeared off the pace, lacked rhythm, and was unable to assert himself in midfield.
The Frenchman has now gone several weeks without showing the form that once dazzled Real Madrid fans early in his career at the club. Ongoing physical issues and disciplinary problems – he received an unnecessary red card vs Arsenal – have only added to the concern.
There is growing unease within the club over the stagnation of both Rodrygo and Camavinga. Their underwhelming and at times erratic performances are fuelling internal debate about their roles in the team’s short-term future.
In a European campaign where the margin for error is minimal, such lacklustre displays could prove costly for a Real Madrid side now facing mounting pressure.
