Arsenal have virtually no title chances remaining to win the Premier League title, but the performance shown against Ipswich Town in the 4-0 thrashing signals that the Gunners are much more confident this season and will fight to the end.

Despite being away from home against a virtually relegated team, Arsenal weren't intimidated in the slightest by the loyal Ipswich fans and needed just 14 minutes to open the scoring. In another fine move by Odegaard and Saka on the right wing this season, the ball fell to Trossard to hit the crossbar and score the first goal.

Mikel Arteta's side continued to show a lot of intensity and quickly went in search of a second goal even before the half-hour mark. In another fine move down the right, Saka took on his marker and crossed low into the area for Merino, who took a touch of the ball and the ball reached Martinelli, who hit it firmly and scored another fine goal.

The game got even better for Arsenal after 32 minutes, when Leif Davis overreacted to a foul on Saka and was shown a straight red card, leaving Ipswich Town in a terrible situation. From then on, the Gunners didn't suffer any more attacks from their opponents and dominated the game until the end.

In the 69th minute, Trossard received a ball from Rice in the box and hit a low shot with enormous freedom to beat goalkeeper Alex Palmer. Finally, before the final whistle, Nwaneri received a fine pass from Zinchenko, who dribbled past his marker in the penalty area to hit a left-footed shot that took a deflection and sealed Arsenal's great victory.

What can Arsenal expect in the final stretch of the Premier League?

Unlike in previous rounds, Arsenal's qualification for the UEFA Champions League semi-finals with two wins over Real Madrid has clearly given the Gunners a boost ahead of the Premier League season, even if Liverpool are on course for the title.
