Kane hails "fantastic" Tuchel

Harry Kane is pleased to be playing for England under Thomas Tuchel, saying the former Bayern coach is a "pleasure to work for".

Tuchel lasted just over a season in charge of Bayern Munich before being sacked following a disappointing 2023/24 campaign.

He was appointed England boss in January 2025, and Kane is delighted to be playing under the 51-year-old again.

"Overall we can be pleased with two wins and two clean sheets. We had to be patient. Thomas Tuchel is fantastic, he has settled in straight away. He is a pleasure to work for, he has brought the passion," Kane told ITV after Monday's 3-0 win over Latvia - the second win in two under Tuchel.

Kane will now turn his attention to Bayern Munich's Bundesliga clash with St. Pauli on Saturday.
