Igor Tudor’s arrival on the Juventus bench has not been enough to revitalise Dusan Vlahovic’s struggling season, with the striker increasingly looking like he’s heading for a departure — potentially the last opportunity for the club to make a profit from him.

The 25-year-old was substituted at halftime due to injury during his side’s 1-0 defeat at Parma, meaning he has yet to score a goal since Tudor took over from Thiago Motta, despite starting all four Serie A matches under the new coach.

Overall, Vlahovic has gone seven matches without scoring, with his last goal coming in late February, when he netted the winner in a 1-0 victory over Cagliari.

Having consistently struggled to make an impact throughout the season, Juventus are growing increasingly doubtful about his future at the club. However, Corriere dello Sport suggests that selling him next summer may be their only option to recoup at least part of one of their biggest investments in recent years.

The Serbia international joined Juventus from Fiorentina for a hefty €70m fee, excluding add-ons, and is currently the club’s highest-paid player, earning €12m per season.

With his contract set to expire in June 2026, Juventus may be forced to either offer him a new deal or sell him next summer to avoid losing him on a free transfer at the end of next season. Vlahovic, however, is said to be interested only in a move to a top-tier league, with potential destinations like Arsenal and Bayern Munich described as his dream.

Interestingly, the forward had admitted to turning down interest from several clubs, including Arsenal, during his unveiling press conference with Juventus in 2022. However, it seems his stance may have changed over the course of the past year.
