On paper, the midfield looks set, but PSG seems intent on making that area the centerpiece of Luis Enrique’s project. The manager values depth and isn’t shy about rotating his squad to keep players fresh across multiple competitions.

That approach, however, could leave some players feeling they’re ready for a bigger role elsewhere. With the summer transfer window approaching, at least one midfielder is already said to be on Real Madrid’s radar.

According to information revealed by L’Équipe (h/t Le10Sport), Zaïre-Emery is reportedly on Real Madrid’s radar, with the Spanish press suggesting a sudden interest from the club in the French midfielder.

However, the French outlet adds that PSG have no intention of letting Zaïre-Emery leave any time soon. The French international is under contract with the capital club until 2029 and appears to have plenty of time ahead of him to continue developing.
