Tottenham are without Lucas Bergvall for tonight's Europa League semi-final first leg showdown against Bodo/Glimt.
Bergvall had been ever-present for Spurs in the Europa League this season, starting each of the last six fixtures, and was expected to retain his place starting line-up tonight.
However, an ankle issue means he will play no part at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in what is a crucial game to keep the north London outfit's season alive.
Speaking to TNT Sport ahead of kick-off, Spurs boss Ange Postecoglou said: “Unfortunately for Lucas, he picked up an injury in training yesterday. He tweaked his ankle unfortunately and misses out tonight.
“Disappointing for him because he's been outstanding this year and he's hugely disappointed with that and unfortunately he misses out.”
In Bergvall’s place in Yves Bissouma gets the nod over Pape Matar Sarr and Postecoglou has backed the midfielder to give a good account of himself.
“I just think the balance of our midfield with what we need to do tonight and what we're facing up against,” the Spurs boss added.
“The beauty of Lucas was that he gave us the balance in there and for tonight Biss will give us more of the input we need.”

Elsewhere, Postecoglou's XI is more ore less as expected. Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven return to the backline after being rested for the 5-1 defeat to Liverpool, while Rodrigo Bentancur is back in the engine room.
Guglielmo Vicario has been shaky of late but starts in between the posts, while Dominic Solanke leads the line.
The only real surprise is the inclusion of Richarlison. Though Postecoglou has explained the selection.
He said: “Again I think we need to be aggressive tonight. Richy has been working his way back to fitness and he's been playing on the left quite regularly in his career.
“I think tonight with his experience, especially his ability in and around the box we want to put some pressure on them and he can help us in that area.”
