According to Ajax head coach Francesco Farioli, the Amsterdammers will not be able to count on Youri Baas against NAC Breda on Sunday. As Voetbal International report, the defender is not yet fit enough, but there could be a return for Wout Weghorst.

Baas was injured in the top of the table clash with PSV last week and will now also miss the home match against NAC. “It is not very serious, but he will not be there against NAC. We will do everything we can to have him available for the next matches. Wout Weghorst has been absent the last few weeks due to a broken toe. He just missed last week’s match against PSV, but he is expected to make his comeback against NAC. “There is a big chance that he will be part of the selection”, according to Farioli.
