As the shutters fall on 2024, City have another busy seven days ahead.

Across the next week, Pep Guardiola’s side continue our Premier League campaign at the Etihad Stadium. Meanwhile, our Women’s Team return to training after the winter break.

Here’s the lowdown…

THURSDAY

City Women warm weather training camp | Abu Dhabi

Gareth Taylor’s side travel to Abu Dhabi for our warm weather training camp on Thursday 2 January.

As well as getting back to full fitness following the pause in play across winter, the squad will also have the chance to sample some of Abu Dhabi’s cultural offerings and activities.

The best bits from the trip, both on and off the pitch, can be enjoyed on our social channels as part of a short daily diary, which will also be available on mancity.com and the official app.

City will then return to Manchester on Thursday 9 January ahead of our FA Cup clash with Ipswich at the Joie Stadium on Sunday 12 January.

FRIDAY

Pep Guardiola press conference | 12:30 (UK) | City Football Academy

The City boss will field questions from the media on Friday ahead of West Ham's visit in the Premier League.

Guardiola will provide his thoughts on the challenge of the Hammers and an update on our squad’s fitness.

Pep’s press conference will be broadcast live on mancity.com and our official app before written and video recaps are published.

SATURDAY

City v West Ham | 15:00 (UK) | Premier League | Etihad Stadium

City host West Ham on Saturday for a 15:00 (UK) kick-off at the Etihad.

And mancity.com as well as our official app will have all bases covered from Manchester as our Premier League campaign continues.

Minute-by-minute text updates will begin in our Matchday Centre two hours before kick-off, while our Matchday Live show will begin at approximately 13:45 (UK).

We will have guests Jill Scott, Marlon Harewood and Joleon Lescott on the latest Matchday Live show, offering their expert insight before, during and after the action.

During the game you can also listen to live audio commentary from Alistair Mann and Andy Morrison while our text commentary continues.

Make sure to have push notifications turned on as well, so you can be alerted to key moments in the action, including goals, red cards and the team news.

Short highlights from the match will be available from 19:00 (UK) while extended highlights - as well as a full-match replay on CITY+ - can be accessed from midnight.

SUNDAY

City Women Open Training | 17:00 (GST)/ 13:00 (UK) | 321 Hudayriyat Island, Abu Dhabi

The week closes with Taylor’s squad’s open training session from 321 Hudayriyat Island, Abu Dhabi.

It begins at approximately 13:00 (UK)/17:00 (GST) and will be broadcast live on mancity.com and our official app before a video recap is made available.
