Ndicka denies fouling Bisseck: “It wasn’t a penalty.”

Roma defender Evan Ndicka addressed the controversial situation involving him and Inter’s Bisseck.

After the win against Inter at San Siro, Ndicka spoke to DAZN.

“Bisseck was two meters away from the goalkeeper. For me it wasn’t a penalty, just a simple defensive intervention,” said Ndicka.

“He’s also a defender and he knows it, I can’t stay one meter or two meters away from him.”

“I don’t like to play low defense, but when it has to be done, it is done. We are happy for the victory for our fans who couldn’t follow us here today.”

“The coach decides and for me it’s a pleasure to play for Roma. Now with one game a week it’s easier to recover.”
