No two forwards have done more for England over the last 10 years than Harry Kane and Raheem Sterling, and that more or less all started on this day in 2015 in a European Championship qualifier against Lithuania.
Sterling had already established himself on the international stage as a teenager, being part of the 2014 World Cup team, but had to wait until his 14th cap for his first goal, a neat finish at the near post from a Wayne Rooney cross.
Rooney would rather fittingly make way for Kane, who scored less than 80 seconds into his debut, heading home from Sterling's ball into the box.
Sterling would go onto score 19 more times for his country, while almost a decade later, Kane netted his record-extending 71st against Latvia, and could very well break a century before he retires.
