A series of factors stand in Inter’s way of landing Luis Henrique from Olympique de Marseille, as the French club’s demands and competition from other European sides, including Bayern Munich and Newcastle, could complicate a potential deal.

The Nerazzurri have reportedly set their sights on the right winger, with director Mehdi Benatia seen in the stands at San Siro during the Coppa Italia semi-final first leg between Milan and Inter to discuss a possible summer transfer to Simone Inzaghi’s side.

However, Tuttomercatoweb reports that Inter are currently unwilling to meet OM’s asking price for the Brazilian, whose value is set between €30m and €35m. Instead, the Biscione would consider offering around €25m, potentially including some add-ons to raise the total package.

While negotiations could help bridge that gap, the Nerazzurri must also be wary of other clubs interested in the 23-year-old, who could soon intensify their pursuit.

Bayern Munich have already been linked with Luis Henrique, but Footmercato revealed that Newcastle, Nottingham Forest, and Bayer Leverkusen are also monitoring the player, with a €30m deal not being considered too expensive for these clubs, particularly those in the Premier League.
