Elsewhere in the top 10, Portugal have dropped below the Netherlands, while Germany have cut into the gap with Italy after defeating them in two memorable encounters.

Mexico's CONCACAF Nations League success sees them up to 17th, just one place behind the USA, while Canada are now in their highest ever position by rising to 30th.

The highest overall climbers were Myanmar, rising seven places to 162nd.
