Despite the accomplishment, the young playmaker remains grounded and realistic, acknowledging that the final against Real Madrid will be far from an easy task.
Pedri admitted that while Barcelona have been performing well, they are not unbeatable.
“We are not unbeatable; we have lost some games. We have to be self-critical and correct the mistakes, which there are always some,” he began saying.
Barcelona have shown great resilience throughout the tournament, but the midfielder understands that facing Real Madrid in a final is a completely different challenge.

Pedri also took a moment to highlight the aspects of Barcelona’s gameplay that have been working well for them this season.
He emphasised the importance of their high-pressing strategy, which often forces opponents into mistakes and allows Barcelona to control possession more effectively.
“The high pressure that characterizes us, that advanced line. And with the ball, you have to try to maintain that calm, and the players up front have a lot of potential to make decisions.”.
Pedri believes he is currently experiencing one of the best periods of his career. The youngster feels comfortable and confident on the pitch, contributing significantly to the team’s success with his creativity and work rate.
“I’m in the best form of my career, or one of the best, and I feel very comfortable,” he said.

The young defender acknowledged that he feels comfortable playing higher up the field and that it “is a position I can play in, and I feel very good there.”
